What is Luosifen?
Luosifen (螺蛳粉), a delectable rice noodle dish from Liuzhou, Guangxi, has skyrocketed to the top of China's culinary scene, establishing itself as one of the favorites among rice noodle enthusiasts. Renowned for its balanced sour and spicy broth made from river snails and fermented bamboo shoots, Luosifen offers a unique flavor experience that captivates the palate.

House of Luosifen presents: A delicious bowl of Luosifen has its broth as the soul. Selected fresh common periwinkles are simmered for several hours, fully releasing the delicious essence of the shellfish. The layered flavors make each bite rich and delicious. The authentic Liuzhou flavor combines fresh, fragrant, sour, spicy, and crisp tastes, transporting youto the street-side Luosifen shops of Liuzhou in an instant.

The meal kit includes:
- Broth (500ML) made from slow-cooked pork bones and selected North American Common Periwinkle (Sea Snails)

- Cold Water Rice Noodles (200 grams): These are locally sourced rice noodles specifically for Luosifen in Liuzhou. They need to be soaked in cold water for 8 hours (we have pre-soaked them, so you can take them out of the package and cook them directly in boiling water for 1-2 minutes). They have a smooth, chewy texture with a fragrant rice aroma.
- Or Dried Thin Rice Noodles (200 grams): Made from fine rice sourced locally in Liuzhou, they do not require soaking. Cook in cold water, and when boiling, reduce to low heat to maintain a gentle simmer. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the noodles can easily be broken with chopsticks or according to personal preferences. These noodles are crispy, tender, and smooth, with a strong rice fragrance, suitable for all soup bases.
- Freshly Fried Bean Curd Sticks and Peanut Pack.
- Freshly Stir-fried Red Oil Pickled Bamboo Shoots, Wood Ear Mushrooms, Daylily, Sour Pickled Beans, and Dried Radish in a small seasoning pack.
